PSAT/NMSQT (October 1-October 31 Window)*

Students may sit for the PSAT/NMSQT if the test-taker is a current resident of Pasco County.  The PSAT/NMSQT includes reading, writing and language and mathematics components that focus on the knowledge and skills that are most essential for college and career readiness and success; it is also used as a diagnostic tool to measure and follow student performance and pinpoint areas for development.  This test is typically taken when a child is in the 10th grade.  The PSAT/NMSQT may also be used as a concordant score to fulfill the Algebra EOC graduation requirement.  More information can be found on the Graduation Requirements for Florida's Statewide Assessments
