Please fill out the following information for your incoming Kindergartener. Once this form is received, your school's Registrar will send you the registration forms. Please complete the forms, attach the required documents, and send them to your school's Registrar. Partial registration packets will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please call your zoned school.

Please include the phone number and email address that you monitor, so that we can contact you if needed. This is a new process for us, so please be patient!
