*The information on this page applies only to Home Education Programs that are transferring from one Florida School District to another Florida School District and would like to keep your existing Annual Evaluation Due Date.

To Pasco from another Florida School District:

If you have recently moved to Pasco County and wish to transfer your active Home Education Program, please submit a Letter of Intent to our office and include the name of the previous Florida School District and the previous evaluation due date. Please send our office your most recent evaluation. You are responsible for notifying the previous district of the change in residency.

From Pasco to another Florida School District:

If you are moving to another Florida School District from Pasco County, please inform our office of the change so that we may close the student file. Closing the student file is NOT a program termination. Please notify the new district that you are transferring your Home Education Program as well as provide them with a copy of your most recent evaluation. You do not need to send us your upcoming evaluation.
