The Project Planner chairs the Project Review Team, which reviews and prioritizes all capital improvement projects. Review all the district facilities for condition and needs in order to prepare comprehensive long term capital improvement plans. Coordinates with school and program administrators on all program funded facility improvement plans. Prepares and prioritizes 5 year and 10 year capital improvements plans in addition to the annual capital improvement budget.
