Pasco County Fire Rescue Donates Fire Engine to Fivay High School Fire Science Program

This post was created on 02/11/2025.

Pasco County Fire Rescue is proud to support the next generation of first responders with a donation that will make a lasting impact. This morning, at the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners meeting in Dade City, Pasco County Commissioners and Fire Chief Ryan Guynn announced the donation of a fire engine to the Fivay High School Fire Science Program.

This donation will provide students with hands-on training, allowing them to gain real-world experience in fire service operations. By working with actual firefighting equipment, students will be better prepared to pursue careers as first responders, ensuring the strength and safety of our community for years to come.

The fire engine will be delivered to the school soon, and we look forward to seeing it in action as students train for their future careers.

Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting partnership and the official delivery of the fire engine.
