The purpose of the Pasco County Schools Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) Guide is to provide a tool for all key stakeholders that builds a common language and understanding for facilitating the implementation, support, and monitoring of MTSS across our district. This guide highlights three of the district’s priorities: high-impact instruction, data-driven decision making, and collaborative culture. It also outlines the system wide expectations of the processes and essential components of an effective integrated MTSS system for academic and behavior that will lead to equitable outcomes and ensure college, career, and life readiness for each student.
