Aspiring Assistant Principal LEAD Program for Eligible AP Candidates
Target Audience
Current Teacher Leaders or Coaches that are on Pasco’s AP Eligible List
General Description
This 6-session course is designed for those that are currently considered Assistant Principal eligible in Pasco County. Participants will learn more about their personal leadership style, systems thinking, communication and interpersonal skills and navigating conflict.

This course is for teacher leaders or coaches that are AP eligible and want to transition to a school-based leadership position.
Course Recommended Prerequisites
- Lead for Aspiring Coaches
- Lead for Aspiring Assistant Principals
- Clinical Educator Training highly recommended (Principal recommendation required for Clinical Educator Training)
