Non-instructional LEAD
Target Audience
Current Non-Instructional Staff (Instructional Assistants, Secretaries, Bookkeepers, Senior Child Care Assistants, etc.)
General Description
This 6-session course is designed to develop an understanding of your personal leadership style, understanding the importance of cultural leadership and how to lead adults. This course is facilitated by a seated non-instructional leader.
