Target Audience
Current Non-Instructional Staff (Instructional Assistants, Secretaries, Bookkeepers, Senior Child Care Assistants, etc.)
General Description
This 6-session course is designed to develop an understanding of your personal leadership style, understanding the importance of cultural leadership and how to lead adults. This course is facilitated by seated non-instructional leaders.
