Construction is progressing on Skybrooke K-8, scheduled to open in August 2025 in the area of the Cypress Ranch community. Links to the newest school boundary maps and data for both elementary and middle school levels are posted below.
District staff will hold a public workshop focused on the opening of Skybrooke K-8 scheduled for October 3, 2024, beginning at 5:00 PM in the cafeteria at Charles S. Rushe Middle School. Proposed boundary maps will be displayed and staff will be available to answer questions. Also, a public hearing is scheduled during the October 15, 2024 School Board meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the district office complex in Land O’ Lakes.
The final School Board vote on the boundary proposal will be during the November 5, 2024 School Board meeting, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the district office complex in Land O’ Lakes.
The boundaries will be effective beginning with the 2025-2026 school year.
With the School Board voting to close Calusa Elementary School beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, and combining the three schools, Calusa Elementary, Chasco Elementary and Chasco Middle into Chasco K-8, it becomes necessary to rezone the current boundaries of these three schools to Chasco K-8.

In addition to the above, there are proposed boundary adjustments to provide for future development. These boundary adjustments do not affect ANY current students. The attendance zone boundaries of Gulf Highlands Elementary School, Hudson Primary Academy, Pasco Elementary School, Quail Hollow Elementary School, Rodney B. Cox Elementary School, San Antonio Elementary School, Watergrass Elementary School, Wesley Chapel Elementary School, Hudson Academy, Centennial Middle School, Cypress Creek Middle School, Pasco Middle School, Thomas E. Weightman Middle School, Cypress Creek High School, Pasco High School and Wesley Chapel High School are impacted by these proposals (again, current students in these schools are not impacted).
