General Information
More than one school board member may attend a committee meeting. Committee matters concerning school district business may be discussed at such meetings. These meetings are not official school board meetings and no final agency action will be taken at that time by the school board. Information gathered or recommended will be submitted to the Superintendent and/or school board for consideration and/or action at a school board meeting after reasonable notice to the public and opportunity for the public to be heard.
The next School Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in the Board room in Building 3.

Community Conversation Group
Date: February 5, 2025
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: PHSC Porter Campus Conference Center, (2727 Mansfield Boulevard, Wesley Chapel, FL 33543)
Purpose: The Community Conversation Group is a fact finding and information gathering initiative of the Superintendent of Schools, whereby through community outreach and citizen participation the Superintendent can obtain additional information and ideas regarding our public education system. No decisions, official actions, or determinations will be made during such events.
Notice: School Board members may be in attendance at Community Conversation Group outreach events as spectators. However, such events are not meetings of the School Board, and as such, no official action, no determinations, no discussion between School Board members on official business, no debate between School Board members on official business, no propositions to the Board, and no public comment to the School Board members present will occur at such events.
