Lindsay Pahlck
School Related Personnel of the Year

Connerton Elementary School Office Assistant

With a family full of educators, Lindsey did not think she would follow the family trend. She graduated with a Culinary Degree and worked in the corporate restaurant world for 16 years. Right before Covid, she found a new path and opened a bootcamp. Due to circumstances out of her control, she had to make the decision and close. One of her clients worked at the district and told her to apply with FNS. She took her recommendation, and that’s how Lindsey started with Pasco.

Lindsey was hired by FNS in 2021 as a Relief Manager and traveled around Pasco County schools. Lindsey thought it was best to stay local for her family. She was able to accept the school discipline position at Connerton Elementary. Lindsey knew Connerton was her home and applied for the Secretary role when it was available.

Lindsey does not feel like she is going to work every day. She loves her job, the people she works with, and most importantly, the students. Lindsey’s contributions go far beyond the typical responsibilities of a school secretary. She steps into multiple roles daily, often without being asked, and always with a positive attitude. Whether supporting the behavior team, running the arrival and dismissal carline, assisting the data entry operator, leading safety patrol, collaborating with parents, or lending a hand to teachers, Lindsey is always ready and willing to help. Her flexibility is truly remarkable, as she seamlessly transitions from making copies to answering phones, all while keeping the office running smoothly.

When Lindsey is not at Connerton, you will find her with her husband and three boys, Mason (13), Jamison (11) and Jaxson (8). You will find her playing/watching sports, especially the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. You can always catch her dancing to something.

Lindsey’s contributions go far beyond the typical responsibilities of a school secretary. She steps into multiple roles daily, often without being asked, and always with a positive attitude. She is a true asset to Connerton and wherever she may go.
