Career and Technical Education (CTE)

Career and Technical Education (CTE) is offered through Pasco Pathways that prepare students to be college and career-ready by providing core academic skills, real-world and hands-on experiences, industry-recognized certifications, and technical skills necesssary to their future. Pasco County's CTE Pathways are aligned with our local occupational demands.

Adult Education (AE)

Pasco County Schools' Adult Education (AE) Programs include a wide range of programs offered through our partner, Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC). These programs assist adults in gaining the skills necessary to prepare for our growing workforce. Adult Education programs are designed to offer opportunities to all adults.

There are two adult education school sites staffed by Pasco County Schools' staff and administrators offering day and evening face-to-face classes. In addition, there are online classes for those who are eligible. Please contact the main site closest to you for additional information.

Our Objectives

Pasco County Schools Adult Education programs are designed to offer all adults, regardless of age, to experience opportunities to:

  • participate in a continuing education program that meets individual needs and abilities
  • acquire basic and fundamental academic skills
  • pursue a standard high school diploma or GED
  • acquire job training
  • enhance one’s economic efficiency
