To schedule a medical appointement with a Premier Provider for your child please call 352-518-2000.
Below is the medical services that are being provided by Premier but are not limited to:
- Camp, School, and Sports Physicals
- General Physicals and Exams
- Same Day Sick Visits
- Well Visits/Preventative Care
- Diagnosis/Treatment for Acute and Chronic Illness
To schedule a School-Entry Physical with the Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) DOH please email the District Enrollment nurse at: rtaylor@pasco.k12.fl.us.
School-Entry Physicals are provided at the following locations:
- Fivay High School, Pasco High School
- Gulfside Elementary Community Partnership School
- The Pasco County District Office
Premier also helps families apply for health insurance, including:
- Health Insurance Marketplace: A place to find and buy health insurance plans.
- Medicaid: A program that helps with medical costs for people with limited income.
- Florida KidCare: Health insurance for children in Florida.
This partnership makes sure that students in Pasco County have access to the medical care they need to stay healthy and succeed in school!
