The medical services that are being provided at the Anclote High Community Partnership School (AHCPS) are being provided by Premier Community HealthCare (Premier) working with the school health team. Our highly trained and dedicated team of professionals work to create personalized treatment plans aimed at enriching the health and well-being of all patients. Our care team includes board-certified board-eligible Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants complemented by a wide variety of support staff that provide comprehensive, high-quality, cost-efficient medical care for patients. No one will be turned away due to lack of insurance or ability to pay.

Parents and guardians will be able to schedule a telemedicine visit. Appointments will be available during normal school days.
