The mental health services that are being provided at the Chasco K-8 Community School are being provided by Premier Community HealthCare (Premier). Providers are Board-certified or Licensed and offer comprehensive high-quality, cost-efficient mental healthcare to patients. No one will be turned away due to lack of insurance or ability to pay.

• Counseling and Therapy:

• Crisis Intervention
• Patient Care Coordination
• Chronic Care Management

In-person appointments are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily
